Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Okay, my family and I purchased the 10 people Ultimate birthday party pack. We had a good time, but I believe it was definitely over priced, especially due to the fact that so many of the attractions, (that we paid to be able to access), were shut down. We did however stay and had fun with our kiddos for 6 hours to get our moneys worth. I give 4 stars because we had fun. Not giving 5 stars due to so many attractions being Out of Order.

Horrible hospitality from Brennan, I suppose he's a manager. Constantly bothering guests. We've been coming here for over a year even had my son's birthday party here in November and spent close to $400 dollars. Wade had a great time, it used to be fun, now this guy is constantly bothering people with absolutely no reason. Guess we will take our business elsewhere. We have been coming at least 2 times weekly. No more because of Brennan

I just wanna give your employees a BIG shout out! They’re so patient with the kiddos that come through. It was our first time visiting your establishment yesterday and I will most definitely come back with our group. I wanna commend one employee I hate that I didn’t get his name, but he made sure the kids were getting properly harnessed at the zip line cause the kids were so excited and harnessing their selves while waiting. But, he redid them before he sent them on their way. Big kuddos to that kid!

My nephew had an AMAZING time running wild and flying through the air. That was the only saving grace. The operation is largely ran by teenagers. There was one adult present and she was confined to the office the entire 3 hours I was there aside from seeing her leave the office and B Line to the concession stand for a powerade and then straight back to the office. Not too bad for a place ran by kids...but sort of scary when you think about the safety of these little kids being in the hands of unsupervised teenagers.

I bought me & my son the membership so we can go anytime we want, I bought it because it was a “good deal”. The first day we went it was a great time, the VERY NEXT DAY we go again, I mean why not? It’s better than being in the heat at the park. The day prior we were able to grab a can soda or gatorade or food snack as our “one free snack” that’s included in the membership (a big reason I bought the package I did) & when we came back the next day after playing for a little my son went to get a drink & they told us we could only have bottle water or food snacks, the rules changed with the new owner…… I have several issues with this, first of all I get taking the soda away, but the GATORADE? There is a water fountain, so really what is the point in the water bottles? & if they do use their “ONE free snack” on food you have to buy a drink, with how much they run around they get thirsty FAST. They also have a big sign on the door saying “NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK”. Basically giving you no choice but to spend $3 on a drink because all their food & drinks are overpriced. It’s my 2nd day with the endless play membership & I honestly feel like they scammed me. I bought the endless play so we wouldn’t have to spend $20 or more just to go have some fun. & those rules need to be more clear on the website because it’s simply not fair to the guests when they come one day & the next the rules change. & like I said before, I understand taking away soda cans, but you aren’t gonna convince me it’s the best choice for the company to only give out water bottles. You could do fountain drinks & it would cost CENTS per person. & if you’re gonna refuse to give them anything but water the membership holders should at least be able to bring their own drink. Read the fine print & ask questions because they aren’t telling you everything. I’m more angry about how it was advertised & never mentioned when I was buying the membership. I could have chosen the cheaper one instead if I would have had all of the information.
